Lang Built Homes Ltd., is a Spruce Grove company that specializes in Adult Villas with an enthusiastic hands-on approach that assures our clients a personal touch.

Incorporated in 2003 Lang Built Homes has completed many custom homes and five Adult Villa Communities: Greenside at the Links, Fairway Eight, The Point, Lincoln Cove, and Edge Water Villas, all in Spruce Grove’s best locations. Lang Built Homes is operating a show home at 17 Harvest Point, Spruce Grove, and has began marketing its sixth adult villa project, Waters Edge Villas. Construction on the new project is set to commence the summer of 2018. Lang Built Homes has received an overwhelming response with seven homes already sold.

Trisha brings her expertise as a home stager and interior designer to Lang Built. Trisha’s understanding of the building process helps her as she guides our clients through the design and construction process to completion of their dream home.
